image for use with strimzi.io Kafka Connect with added Confluent S3 Sink connector

This Docker image builds on strimzi/kafka:0.13.0-kafka-2.3.0 to add the Confluent S3 Sink Connector. It is available as kaerast/strimzi-connect in Docker Hub.
This Docker image is designed to be used with Strimzi, a Kafka operator for Kubernetes.
You need to override the image that is being used by Strimzi, and probably increase the memory allocation too:
