kaiae/ruby-chrome-driver repository overview

This uses the ruby-image with the corresponding tag as a base. It adds chrome, nodejs and yarn to be used for cucumber testing rails applications that are using webpacker in a ci pipeline.

The newest tagged version "2.6.3" also uses the latest chromedriver available on the date of its' build at version 76.0.3809.68.
