This container runs a web server that allows users to upload a file and specify a receiver IP. The file is then sent to the specified receiver over ICMP in small chunks. By default, the web server runs on port 5001.

How to Test:

Access the web interface by navigating to http://[container-ip]:5001 in your web browser.
Upload a file and specify the IP address of a receiver container to initiate the transfer.

You would need to pull the image for the receiver as well to make this setup work.
