Base System can be understood as a base to build your custom application apon. Yes, Base System can be enhanced by your own source code but fortunately often there is no need to do so.

In order to get a full, unlimited version of Base System running, You need to. install Docker locally on your desktop / notebook. Then get the "docker-compose.yaml" file from https://base-system.de/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/docker-compose.yaml⁠, save it locally and from a terminal window call: docker compose up -d
