This is a container that has the complete gcc toolchain for Windows

To run the 32-bit compiler: docker run -it kbrafford/win-gcc i686-w64-mingw32-gcc --version
To run the 64-bit compiler: docker run -it kbrafford/win-gcc x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc --version
