⁠docker-elasticmq

⁠Overview

A docker image for the ElasticMQ⁠ message queue system. ElasticMQ has a Amazon SQS⁠ compatible interface so it ia a great tool for testing SQS applications in non Amazon environments.

This docker image is based on the lightweight Alpine Linux openjdk image openjdk:8-jre-alpine.

⁠Usage

To run the docker container:

docker run -p 9324:9324 -e ELASTICMQ_OPTS="-Dnode-address.host=*" kcomlabs/elasticmq

After running this command elasticmq should be listening on port 9234 on your docker host.

You can pass options using the ELASTICMQ_OPTS environment variable.
