kecso/webgme-4ml-machine repository overview

This specific container runs a standalone formula machine, that can connect to a webgme server database and run formula analysis if instructed to.

Configuration:

• the container requires a mongodb container
• it does not directly requires a webgme container but needs to know the name of its database which should exists on the same mongodb container (the name can be configured with environment variable WEBGME_DB_NAME)

the default run command is: docker run -d --link mongo:mongo --name 4mlMachine webgme-4ml-machine
