⁠Stock-Watcher

Personal stock dashboard: signals, fundamentals, SEC filings, macro, and phone alerts.

⁠Run it

docker run -d -p 8000:8000 -v sw-state:/state kerth92/stock-watcher

Open http://localhost:8000⁠. That's the whole install — the Signal bridge for phone alerts runs inside the container.

⁠First run

Avatar menu → Settings:

• SEC contact email (required for filings) — the SEC requires a reachable contact on every EDGAR request. Sent only to sec.gov, stored only in your container.
• FRED API key (optional, free) — extra macro series.
• Claude access (optional) — AI analysis and sentiment.

Phone alerts: Alerts tab → Link my phone → scan the QR with Signal → Settings → Linked devices.

Everything else — prices, signals, fundamentals, macro, sentiment — works with no configuration at all.

⁠Notes

No login on the dashboard; it binds to 127.0.0.1 on purpose. Put it behind a reverse proxy with TLS, or Tailscale, before exposing it.
