⁠MessageApp

This repository was created as an assignment in a course dealing with Docker. It includes a simple web application made earlier in a course on cyber security. Vulnerabilities have been intentionally left in the application.

⁠How to install

Pull the repository:

docker pull kesae/flawedsite

Build the container:

docker build . -t kesae/flawedsite

Run the container:

docker run --rm -it -p 8000:8000 kesae/flawedsite

Then you can open the page http://localhost:8000/ in your browser.

⁠How to use

You can send messages containing Markdown to the application. The functionalities of the application are minimal, because the focus of the application is on vulnerabilities. You can log in using the username-password pairs admin:admin, alice:redqueen or bob:squarepants. Administration can be done on the page http://localhost:8000/admin/.
