Contains a collection of population genetic tools, including vcftools, plink, bedtools and bcftools.

For the initial building setup, please refer to the accompanying github repository genotyping_suite_build⁠.

⁠usage

To use the container, run for example:

podman run docker.io/khench/popgen_suite:v0.2 vcftools --version
