⁠Container repository for qc_suite

Contains a collection of various bioinformatic QC tools, specifically seqtk, fastqc, fastq-screen, bamtools, bamcov, multiqc and ART-DeCo.

For the initial building setup, please refer to the accompanying github repository qc_suite_build⁠.

⁠usage

To use the container, run for example:

podman run docker.io/khench/qc_suite:v0.3 bamcov --help
