This the official Nextcloud⁠ image but with ffmpeg and Intel Quicksync / AMD VA drivers added to the container to enable video thumbnails, video conversion apps and Quicksync hardware transcoding in Memories to work. PDLIB is added for the "Face Recognition" app.

Don't forget to enable the relevant preview providers in config.php, and possibly define a larger than default preview_max_memory if needed, along with increasing the PHP memory limit with -e PHP_MEMORY_LIMIT=XXin the template's Extra parameters. I use 1G for both to be sure previews can be generated for huge images.
