phpbb3 with SMTP sendmail support

The recommended way to run this container is with Docker Compose. More information is at https://github.com/kindrowboat/phpbb3-docker⁠, which includes:

• a Dockerfile
• a docker-compose.yaml
  • batteries included with mariadb server for phpbb3 to use
• tooling to automatically download and unzip phpbb3 for use as a volume on the phpbb container
• documentation!

⁠Standalone Setup

This image takes the following environment variables:

⁠Volume Requirement

This image requires a volume that mounts the source files of phpBB to /var/www/html/phpbb.

⁠Ports

This container exposes port 80 for incoming web requests that serve phpBB3.
