The official FreeSurfer 6.0.0 Docker image boosted with a full installation of the software (including freeview) as well as an addition of complete FSL installation. GUI (X11) access is possible through any HTML5-capable web browser (i.e. most modern browsers) without having to install an X server locally. Full image size is actually 13.3 GB.
