• osTicket v1.18.1
• PHP 8.2 FPM

⁠Features & Bug Fixing for Version 2.1:

• Default languages added (Spanish, Russian, Chinese)
• Post-install cleanup for osTicket

⁠Notes

• Post-installation step needed for auto-deletion of the setup folder.
• Currently only available in English. Additional languages can be manually added by uploading the language files to the osTicket directory, as indicated in the official guide.

⁠Getting Started

• Download the osTicket version.
• Unzip it in the directory where you are working.
• When running docker-build, it will copy the necessary osTicket files (along with the language and plugins you wish to include).
• Start the Docker.
• Continue the installation from your browser - directly through osTicket.
