Demonstrates the crypto payment from a customer at one institution (bank) to a customer at another institution. The payment is done using the Simple Payment Setup Protocol (SPSP). The bank servers keep transactions of the customer accounts and the interbank account and nett balance between institutions in ordinary, ie non-blockchain ledgers.

This demo does not use the 'plugin architecture' to update wallets over the Bilateral Transfer Protocol (BTP).

The moneyd-gui page does not work in docker form.

The demo actually runs 8 services as follows:

1. moneyd service for local network
2. Interledger Wrapper REST API - wrapped around the SPSP client/moneyd
3. SPSP server for E_____
4. SPSP server for OtherBank
5. Online Banking for E_____
6. Online Banking for OtherBank
7. moneyd-gui service (currently not reachable outside container)
8. Demo Server

Transfer some crypto.

Pre-configuration The following must be added to the hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts). Remove the entry after using the demo. This assumes that the Docker VM is running on IP 192.168.99.100.

192.168.99.100 dockerhost

Start container with:

docker run -p 80:80 -p 8080:8080 -p 8081:8081 -p 7770:7770 koosiedemoer/interledger-basic-crypto
