Emacs-based development environment with some additional packages included.

Packages included are:

• emacs (with .emacs configuration provided)
• ag (The Silver Searcher)
• w3m (emacs browser)
• git (with .gitconfig configuration provided)
• patch
• php-cli
• composer
• ruby & ruby-devel (required for installing ruby gems)
• gcc, make & redhat-rpm-config (required for installing ruby gems)
• compass & bootstrap-sass (ruby gems)
• nmap (for debugging connections with other containers - will be moved to base fedora image)
