Kubernetes pinger should be deployed as DaemonSet (read more information in Flant blog https://medium.com/flant-com/ping-monitoring-between-kubernetes-nodes-11e815f4eff1⁠) All Pods in DaemonSet will ping All Nodes, so you will be able to fing network troubles.
