⁠1.0 Tag

Just does stage1. Run with:

docker run -p 80:80 -d -v `pwd`:/kubam \
	--device /dev/fuse \
	--cap-add SYS_ADMIN \
	--name kube-stage1 \
	kubam/stage1-server

This will create an installation server with images. Be sure to have an ISO image and a configuration file. This version only supports CentOS 7.3.
