⁠PostgreSQL

The cluster's PostgreSQL server image (kubed/postgresql), built on postgres:17-alpine with pgvector compiled in. Consumed by the cluster repo via kustomization.yaml⁠.

⁠Build, release, deploy

PR → merge → publish → deploy, ref-driven images (branch ⇒ :latest, version tag ⇒ :vX.Y.Z). Full flow in CONTRIBUTING.md⁠; agent-focused summary in AGENTS.md⁠; release notes in CHANGELOG.md⁠.

⁠pgvector

Compiled into the image but inert until a database runs CREATE EXTENSION vector — provisioned per-database via the postgresql.kubed.io Database CRD. Adding the extension never touches existing data.

⁠LDAP

Configures postgres to use ldap for authentication. Creates an LDAP service account named postgresql under the ou=services,dc=burbs. Uses one of the ldap entry resources created from the custom resource defined in crd/ldap-entry⁠.
