Chinachu gamma Plus. I added VAAPI to Chinachu γ.

!CAUTION! Mirakurun is not included. Because rebuilded FFmpeg, it is limited to R & D or trials from the relation of codec license.

It is a chinachu gamma customized so that VAAPI can be used for encoding. For chinachu gamma only, Mirakurun server is required inside the LAN. Mirakurun is specified by default as http://mirakurun:40772/⁠ . Please correct "/opt/chinachu/config.json" as necessary.

Usage: docker run --privileged --add-host=mirakurun: -d kunitaya/chinachu_gp /sbin/init
