kymeric/zookeeper repository overview

This is a (hopefully temporary) fork of zookeeper⁠, based off of the adoptopenjdk⁠ images instead of openjdk⁠. OpenJDK seems to only be building amd64 and arm64 images these days, while adoptopenjdk is publishing images for amd64, arm64, arm32, ppc, s390x.

GitHub pull request attempting to get this merged into the zookeeper image: https://github.com/31z4/zookeeper-docker/pull/90⁠. Once this merges I'll remove this repository in favor of the upstream.
