polus-bfio-util is a plugin designed for the Web Image Processing Pipeline (WIPP)⁠. This plugin is an interface to the Bio-Formats Java library⁠ that makes use of the Cell Profiler python-bioformats⁠ package to access the Bio-Formats library.
