This Docker image contains most necessary R packages and dependencies for the spatio-temporal analyses conducted by the Waller Lab. It contains RStudio, tidyverse packages, and several Bayesian and latent variable modeling tools such as TMB, STAN, INLA, and JAGS. This image is built upon the rocker/geospatial:4.0.2⁠ image.
