Sample application on top of the clawborrator⁠ hub demonstrating the shadow principal pattern: users sign in with Google or Zoho, register their own machine with the hub via a desktop_v1 fork, and create and drive Claude Code sessions on it, just like hub_v1's orchard does over GitHub. They can also share machines and sessions with other people by email.

shadows holds one privileged broker credential and bridges each external user into a hub shadow principal (shadow:<email>) via the hub's /api/v1/broker/* API. The user's browser and their desktop daemon then talk to the hub directly with their own per-surface token.

Single-tenant, self-hosted. Pair with a clawborrator-hub_v1 instance.
