The image is used to deploy docker containers with already added Ligand Profile Database. The Ligand Profile Database already stores models for each of the receptor. It also stores predictions and scores for ligands.

For production purposes, one should use the latest version.

For testing purposes on a local system, one should use the version 0.0.3. It is of smaller size and only contains one model i.e. for receptor with the PDB ID 1QCF.
