⁠Docker image for Headless chrome on top of alpine linux

1. pm2 as init system
2. probe.sh health checking failed when port 9515 is not listening
3. ready-probe.sh ready checking failed when there are too many chrome process (> 20)

Note: --cap-add=SYS_ADMIN should be pass as argument (docker run) when running container
