lbartnik/chronicler repository overview

In order to experiment with chronicler and test ideas described in the introductory vignette you need to install the chronicler package and its dependencies. It might be a lengthy process, especially that some of the third-party dependencies (like imager) have their own dependencies and sometimes require the development versions of certain Linux packages.

The image comes with chronicler and RStudio pre-installed, and also contains a sample artifact repository.
