lbrpdx/live-edge-speech-to-text repository overview

Docker app to enable speech-to-text recognition in Videon LiveEdge devices. To install it, in LiveEdge Cloud, in the containers tab:

1. Pull image from this Dockerhub repository with lbrpdx/live-edge-speech-to-text and latest revision -- this will take a few minutes to run.
2. Then, in the upper right corner, go to advance, and Create Container with the following parameters:
   • Container name: speech or whatever you want
   • Container image: lbrpdx/live-edge-speech-to-text:latest
   • environment variable: key: LANG and value: fr or whatever language you want the speech recognition to be
   • Network mode: host
3. Run the speech Docker container freshly created by clicking the "play" icon.
4. Configure your LiveEdge device to create a UDP unicast stream to 172.17.0.1:1234 to get it into the speech-to-text engine.
5. Launch a web browser and go to http://<liveedge_device_IP_address>:8080
