Please use as follows: docker run -v PATH_TO_DATA:/data leonweninger/brats18_segmentation
PATH_TO_DATA should contain the files t1.nii.gz, t2.nii.gz, t1ce.nii.gz, flair.nii.gz. A new file called "tumor_weninger_class.nii.gz" will be created in PATH_TO_DATA/results.
