Base images for NodeJS development and e.g. React builds with e.g.:

• Ubuntu LTS⁠
• Recent Node + yarn + pnpm
• Non-root api user account set up out of the box, all you gotta do is USER api once you're ready to drop privileges in your Dockerfile
• Good defaults (DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive, LANG, LC_ALL, TZ, etc. configured)
