This tool adds spatial images to the StereoSeq data to generate Seurat RDS and Scanpy h5ad files with images. Please refer to GitHub (https://github.com/limin321/addImg2annData) for instructions on how to run it.
Tag 0.0.1 is compatible with both SAW7 and SAW8 StereoSeq data.
Tag 0.0.0 is only for SAW7.
