In order to make the display available in your system:

$ xhost +local:docker

In order to launch it, just run:

$ docker run -it -e DISPLAY=$DISPLAY -v /tmp/.X11-unix:/tmp/.X11-unix -v $ROUTE_TO_FILES:$ROUTE_DESIRED --privileged litios/cutter
