This is my Jenkins Windows Slave image with added Splunk Forwarder
378
Using my Jenkins Windows Slave as the base image, I've added in a splunk forwarder. It's watching c:\SplunkForward for files to send to your favourite Splunk indexer.
version: '2.1'
services:
Splunkins:
image: liveforensics/splunkins:1903
hostname: SplunkinsOne
container_name: Splunkins
networks:
- jenkins-network
volumes:
- c:\docker\splunkinspersist:c:\Persist
environment:
- JENKINS_URL=http://my-jenkins-server:8000/computer/DockerTest/slave-agent.jnlp
- JENKINS_SECRET=exxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxf
- SPLUNK_HOST=docker-server-host
- SPLUNK_PORT=9997
mem_limit: 2G

driver: nat
Make sure SPLUNK_HOST is just the IP Address or hostname. Don't include http:// or https://.
It's also watching disk space and memory in your container.
To send files to Splunk, just drop them in c:\SplunkForward. It's in batch mode, so it will delete the file after it has been sent.
