⁠el-cron

⁠1. Provide cronjob file from template

cp cronjob.template cronjob

⁠2. Edit cronjob file based on your needs

Example cronjob: * * * * * echo "Cron is running!"
This will run the command every minute.

⁠3. Build the Docker image using the Dockerfile

docker build -t el-cron .

⁠4. Run the Docker container

--privileged flag to allow the cron daemon to run
docker run -d --rm --privileged --name el-cron el-cron

docker logs el-cron
