logicline/easy-opcua repository overview

How to run this Image

Simple, straightforward just-to-see-it-working way

The default server will run at http://localhost:4840 and you need to bind the Docker port of the container with your host.

docker run -p 4840:4840 logicline/easy-opcua
With a different address and port
docker run -p 4844:4844 -e SERVER_ADDRESS=http://0.0.0.0:4844/server/opcua logicline/easy-opcua

An OPCUA server will be available at http://localhost:4844/server/opcua. Notice that we had to bind the port using the -p option of docker run.

With a different data model:

The data model is loaded to the server via an XML file. In order to change it you will need to:

  1. Put the data model in a given location on your disk.
  2. Bind that location as a volume on your Docker container.
  3. Change the default data model using the DATAMODEL_FILE environment variable.

Example:

docker run -p 4840:4840 --volume /home/user/my-directory:/model -e DATAMODEL_FILE=model/my-opcua.xml logicline/easy-opcua

Notice that the directory /home/user/my-directory must contain a file named my-opcua.xml
