⁠How It Works

The Restreamer Docker container captures a live stream from a specified source channel (like Twitch or YouTube) and forwards it to one or more destination platforms. You can configure the container using the following environment variables:

• SOURCE_TYPE: The platform from which the stream will be pulled (Twitch or YouTube).
• SOURCE_NAME: The name or URL of the stream on the source platform.
• TWITCH_KEY: Your Twitch stream key (if streaming to Twitch).
• YOUTUBE_KEY: Your YouTube stream key (if streaming to YouTube).
• APARAT_KEY: Your Aparat API key (if streaming to Aparat).

The container intelligently checks the provided destination keys and streams only to the specified platforms. This means you can choose to stream to one, two, or all three platforms at the same time.

⁠Getting Started

To get started, run the Docker container with the desired configuration using the following command:

docker run -d --name restreamer \

For switching between different source channels, simply stop the current container, remove it, and run the command again with updated parameters.

You can run multiple containers with different names for different channels, such as:
