Make sure you have your Figaro configuration correctly set up. Here's a sample setup:

⁠Database initialization

$ rake db:migrate
$ rake db:setup

⁠Server

With a correct setup, start the server.

$ bin/rails server

⁠Specs using RSpec and Guard

$ bundle exec guard
