This a ready-to-run version of the QueueMetrics Wallboard cache, as described in https://github.com/Loway/OpenQueueMetricsAddOns/tree/master/WallboardCache - to get started quickly, see our tutorial at https://www.queuemetrics.com/blog/2021/02/24/Wallboard-cache-tutorial/
To run, first you have to obtain a wallboard URL (go to the wallboard you want -> click on the heart icon -> replace the password from *** to the correct one).
Then:
docker run -e "URL=https://my.queuemetrics-live.com/wb/qm_wab2.do?user=robot&pass=1234&queues=500%7C501&wallboardId=17" -p 3000:3000 -d loway/wbcache
At this point the wallboard picture will be available at http://myserver:3000/?wb=wb. If you make any changes to the wallboard, you kill the docker image and start it again.
If you want to have multiple wallboards., just run the docker image multiple times - each time on a different port. E.g. the first one -p 3000:3000, the second one with -p 3001:3000 and so on.
You can control the agent refresh delay (if the server is being hammered too heavily) by passing:
docker run -e DELAY=15 -e "URL=https://...." -p 8080:3000 -d loway/wbcache
Happy wallboarding!
