Installation
Step 0. Install the Docker engine and start the daemon.
Step 1. Pull down Galaxy Docker image from Docker Hub.
docker pull lsbnb/pubtator2cytoscape
Step 2. Run the Docker container and set port numbers for network accessibility.
docker run --name=pubtator2cytoscape -dti -p 8080:8080 lsbnb/pubtator2cytoscape
Step 3. Launch localhost or (your ip) with port 8080 in a browser. (http://localhost:8080 or http://(your ip):8080)
