UVHUNTER 2.0, 2025 version： Smart Genotyping of Upper Respiratory Pathogens in AI DNA Language Model
Before your Journey, please prepare your DNA sequences in FASTA. The demo site for this Docker image can also be found at https://uvhunter.iis.sinica.edu.tw/.
Installation
Step 0. Install the Docker engine and start the daemon if you need. (Install Docker Environment)
Step 1. Pull down the Docker image from Docker Hub.
docker pull lsbnb/uvhunter
Step 2. Run the Docker container and set port numbers for network accessibility.
docker run --name=uvhunter -dti -p 8080:80 lsbnb/uvhunter /bin/bash
docker exec uvhunter apachectl start
Step 3. Launch localhost with port 8080 in a browser. (http://127.0.0.1:8080 or http://localhost:8080)
Step 4. Click the demo button on the website or submit an example dataset to have a test run.
