⁠Theia IDE

This docker repository is a build of the Theia IDE⁠ project. It runs on top of a node version 10 docker machine on Alpine Linux⁠ distribution

⁠Quickstart

cd to your work directory and run docker run -v $(pwd):/workspace -p 8080:8080 --name theia -d lsmoura/theia and then navigate your browser to http://localhost:8080.

to stop the server, simply run docker stop theia

⁠About node 10

The current node requirement for Theia IDE is either node 10 or 11. Since node 11 is not under LTS, I've chosen to use version 10 as a base for this image. You can check more about node releases here: https://nodejs.org/en/about/releases/⁠
