⁠Software Environment of Rotator PXI Controller

⁠Overview

This Dockerfile tries to have the similar software environment in the rotator real-time controller. The NI PXIe-8840 controller is used.

⁠Library Paths

1. The EtherCAT is at /usr/local.
2. The header files of googletest is at /usr/local/include/gtest and /usr/local/include/gmock. The library is at /usr/local/lib64.
3. The header file of libyaml is at /usr/local/include. The library is at /usr/local/lib.
