A simple recipe to log HTTP requests made to a Docker service

Usage in docker-compose.yaml:
version: '3'
services:
my_http_service:
...
nginx-logging-proxy:
image: lucascimon/nginx-logging-proxy
environment:
PROXIED_HOST: my_http_service
PORT: 8000
ports:
- "8000:8000"
The port must be the one exposed by my_http_service.
