lucruzz/tnt-mpi repository overview

TNT is program for phylogenetic analysis (see website⁠).

This container was built with MPI implementation of TNT version 1.6.

I hope you enjoy it! =)

To run TNT in the container, run the following command:

$ docker pull lucruzz/tnt-mpi:1.6
$ docker container run -d lucruzz/tnt-mpi:1.6

You can just test if everything is okay running the following command:

$ docker container run -ti lucruzz/tnt-mpi:1.6

If everything is okay, you will be able to see the following message: All okay! =)

Now, you can run:

$ docker container run -ti lucruzz/tnt-mpi:1.6 /bin/bash
