⁠Start

$ mkdir ./my_notebook
$ export PRJ_NOTEBOOK_DIR=$(pwd)/my_notebook
$ docker pull lukeyoo/jupyter-polyglot
$ docker run --name 'jupyter-container' -p 8888:8888 -v $PRJ_NOTEBOOK_DIR:/notebook -dit lukeyoo/jupyter-polyglot

Access Jupyter via your web browser with the URL: http://localhost:8888

mkdir ./my_notebook/.jupyter/
touch ./my_notebook/.jupyter/notebook_config.py   # the container tries to read this at launch
