TCAP (T Cell Abundance Prediction) is able to estimate the abundance of 22 immune cells including 16 T cell subtypes (CD4 naïve, CD8 naïve, Central memory, Cytotoxic, Effector memory, Exhausted, Gamma delta, iTreg, Mucosal associated invariant T cell (MAIT), NKT, nTreg, Th1, Th2, Th17, Tfh, and Tr1) and 6 other immune cells (B cell, Dendritic cell, Macrophage, Monocyte, Neutrophil and NK cell). And TCAP can be apply to RNAseq or microarray data.
