$ git clone https://github.com/spMohanty/PlantVillage-Dataset

$ cd  raw

$ mkdir input &&  mv colour input && cd input

# Now keep pythonvillage.py script in  same location , where raw folder   is present and run below command

$ docker run -it -v $PWD:$PWD -w $PWD --gpus all lynngroup/tarun:plantvillage-gpu python plantvillage.py  

# PWD = it mount your host working directory to docker

# --gpus all=  run  python script to use all gpu, or --gpus 1 or any number to specify how many  gpu you want to use  for  training the data.
