This container started from rocker, and includes:

• a fresh anaconda python distribution
• Rpy2
• Fit Hi-C software (fixed bin width version)
• data conversion scripts for Rao et al. 2014 data into the required format for Fit-Hi-C

Via the author: "This version of Fit-Hi-C is faster because it assumes fixed size window lengths unlike the original implementation. The original one should work too but it will take much more time."
