AxioSAFE: Axiom SNP Assessment and Filtering Engine

AxioSAFE is a command-line-interface software application that implements filtering and other curation operations for the processing of Thermo Fisher Axiom-platform genotyping datasets as generated by proprietary Axiom software programs (e.g. Axiom Analysis Suite and Analysis Power Tools) within genotyping experiment workflows.
